To help commemorate the 100th anniversary of Armistice Day, Scholastic is pleased to announce “The Great War,” featuring free classroom lessons, activities, and videos to help students understand the significance of World War I and its enduring impact on our world today.
An initiative of the National WWI Museum and Memorial, these new resources teach global history and help students in grades 5-12 understand the significance of the “war meant to end all wars” while practicing research skills and critical thinking.
